Please fill out the form below. You must complete one form for every book you are entering. Please ensure all applicable fields are completed. Once you complete the form for the selected title please select Enter Now. Your entry will be added to your cart with a $30 fee calculated for each category entered. To enter another book, complete the form again, and repeat as necessary. When you have finished entering all of your titles, please continue to the checkout to review and pay for your entries. Payment via Paypal is preferred. If sending a cheque please choose COD as the payment option upon checkout. Please make cheque payable to the Association of Manitoba Book Publishers, and include it in the box with the entries and any supporting materials (if applicable) being sent to the address below.
Please note the Carol Shields Winnipeg Book Award, Mary Scorer Award for Best Book by a Manitoba Publisher, Manuela Dias Book Design and Illustration Awards and The Chris Johnson Award for Best Play by a Manitoba Playwright require additional information to be submitted. Additional fields will appear if these categories are selected. Entrants submitting unpublished manuscripts to The Chris Johnson Award should enter N/A in the required publisher contact fields. Please ensure they are completed.

Books published between January 1 and October 31 must be postmarked by November 23, 2018. Books published between November 1 and December 31 must be postmarked by January 11, 2019, and will only be accepted if the online entry form is submitted by November 23, 2018.
